Goal: Clear orientation in a short amount of time.

What you receive:

  • - Brief analysis of your situation (needs, urgency, budget, location, care profile);
  • - 3 concrete action options including next steps;
  • - Overview of typically required documents (checklist);
  • - Answers to your most important questions (e.g. process, common pitfalls, priorities);
  • - Important (advisory service);
  • - We advise and structure the process. Decisions, contact initiation, and contract conclusion are made by you.

P2 — OPK Concierge Advisory (Complete Package) – 990 EUR

Goal: You are guided step by step through the decision-making process — with document and language support.

What you receive:

  • - Detailed needs analysis + decision plan (“Roadmap”);
  • - Comparison and assessment of suitable options (based on publicly available information as well as data/documents you provide);
  • - Document review: completeness, plausibility, and a clear list of missing documents;
  • - Translation and language support (understanding communication, interpreting responses, question lists and wording suggestions);
  • - Preparation for meetings/visits: checklist + question catalog (appointment scheduling is handled by you);
  • - Support in understanding contractual documents: key review points, clarification questions, and typical risk areas (no legal advice);
  • - Important (advisory service).

OPK.care does not organize care services, does not handle relocation, and is not a party to care service contracts.
Payments for care services are made exclusively and directly between you and the care facility.
